All staff positions offer the chance to apply a range of skills while growing and developing as a leader. The positions we’ve highlighted fall into six general categories: outreach, operations and project management, instructional leadership, strategy and design, general management, and support. Aside from its focus area, each role involves elements of the other five, allowing staff members to build skills in multiple areas and choose various career paths at Teach For America and beyond.

Summer Institute Staff Opportunities
The summer institute offers a range of positions to people with all levels of experience who are interested in dedicating six to seven weeks over the summer to enhancing corps member learning and student achievement. Positions are available for alumni, corps members, and college students.
