Partnership Overview

Credit Suisse offers a unique opportunity for Teach For America corps members and applicants who have confirmed their offers. Through this union, recently matriculated, as well as first-year corps members, are invited to interview for full-time positions in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse upon successful completion of the corps. Credit Suisse will mentor corps members who have accepted Credit Suisse offers to prepare them for positions in Investment Banking and ensure they are connected to the Credit Suisse community while in the classroom. Following a two-year Investment Banking Analyst program, hires may receive an offer to continue with their careers in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse or they may pursue opportunities outside of Credit Suisse.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Candidates must confirm their Teach For America offer to be eligible to apply for full-time Credit Suisse positions as part of the deferral program. First year corps members are also eligible to apply.
  • Eligibility is restricted to the Investment Banking Analyst Program for Credit Suisse’s New York and Chicago offices.
  • Selected candidates must participate in the Credit Suisse interview process in Spring 2009.
  • Candidates must meet all of Teach For America's minimum application requirements.
